Instadapp - Multi-Product DeFi Platform
How we redesigned Instadapp's website to introduce four distinct DeFi products - Pro, Lite, Avocado, and Fluid - in a single landing experience that routes every visitor to the right product in one scroll.
Overview
Instadapp is a battle-tested DeFi platform with over five years of live infrastructure - helping users manage decentralized finance positions across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and other EVM-compatible chains. Their product suite includes Instadapp Pro (full multi-chain position management), Instadapp Lite (simplified yield strategies), Avocado (a smart-account wallet with account, gas, and contract abstraction), and Fluid (their newest on-chain liquidity protocol).
Despite being one of the most established names in DeFi tooling, their website still read like a single-product app. First-time visitors couldn't identify which product matched their goal, developers couldn't see that Instadapp exposed buildable primitives, and the support team fielded the same question on nearly every call: 'which product is for me?' The architecture of the site was creating confusion, not clarity.
Outcome
The redesigned site repositions Instadapp as a protocol stack rather than a single app. Visitors now land on the product matching their intent within the first scroll, eliminating the navigation confusion that was driving support load. The 'which product is for me?' question dropped off the team's call queue. Avocado sign-ups increased noticeably once the product had its own visible surface area instead of being buried below the Pro feature block. Developer documentation traffic originating from the homepage grew from near-zero to a consistent, meaningful channel.
