Post Bridge is a social media scheduling tool built for founders who manage content across X, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from one dashboard. Their competitive advantage wasn't a feature list - it was tone: transparent pricing, a founder-built product, and real human support.
Their existing website read like a generic SaaS template. Free trial sign-ups were low, their positioning was unclear, and the founding team was manually running live demos for every inbound prospect - a direct symptom of a site that wasn't doing the selling for them.
Outcome
Free trial sign-ups tripled within the first month of launch. Inbound prospects stopped asking for live demos - they converted directly from the page, having already understood the product and pricing. The single most common pre-launch objection from users was that pricing was hard to find; after the redesign, it became a zero-occurrence complaint.
