Overview
SuperX is a real-time analytics and growth toolkit built for serious content creators on X - featuring post heatmaps, performance tracking, audience-quality scoring, and competitor benchmarking in a single dashboard.
The team had built a product that power users loved - but their website was a generic feature list with no positioning. Trial sign-ups were attracting casual users rather than serious creators, and churn within the first week was high as a result. The problem wasn't the product. It was a site that wasn't filtering for the right audience.
Outcome
Sign-ups doubled in the first week after launch. Trial-to-paid conversion jumped approximately 40% on day one. Equally significant: wrong-fit churn dropped substantially - visitors arriving at the sign-up page were already self-selected as serious creators, which meant 30-day retention held significantly higher than before the redesign.
