The Brief

SuperX is a real-time analytics and growth toolkit built for serious content creators on X - featuring post heatmaps, performance tracking, audience-quality scoring, and competitor benchmarking in a single dashboard.

The Audience Filtering Problem: The product had strong retention among top 1% creators, but the marketing site was attracting casual users who never activated. High churn in the first 7 days was draining server resources and misrepresenting the product's true enterprise value.

Repositioning for High-LTV Creators: We pivoted messaging from 'A Twitter tool' to 'The Intelligence Suite Built for Serious Creators'. We created targeted audience tracks for Indie Hackers, Founders, Venture Investors, and Digital Agencies.

Interactive Product Demo UX: We built interactive preview modules allowing visitors to explore mock analytics reports, heatmap visualizations, and AI post-scheduling tools directly on the landing page without signing in.

Visual Polish & Dark Theme Engineering: Crafted with a sleek dark aesthetic accented by fiery ember gradients and subtle glow effects, the UI conveys top-tier software craftsmanship that matches the expectations of modern digital creators.
